SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

  • Upon placement of order, KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. shall give the receiver an estimated delivery date for the goods, which shall be offered as guidance only.
  • A surcharge will be applied for furniture to be transported via crane, air freight or courier.
  • When the receiver's goods are ready for delivery, KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. will contact the receiver to agree on a delivery date on the contact details provided. Once a delivery date has been agreed upon, the receiver will be responsible for accepting the delivery and arranging appropriate means of access and installation on that date. It is the receiver's responsibility to ensure that the KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. delivery team has access to the delivery address and that sufficient space for the goods is available. Delivery on the first floor and above shall be achieved by service elevators arranged by the receiver, and it is the receiver's responsibility to notify KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. of any potential problems with access to the premises, building, service elevators, etc., and make any related delivery arrangements. Where delivery is complicated by such factors, additional charges will be incurred by the receiver.
  • If the client fails to respond to delivery requests within ten (10) days, KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel the order. In the event of cancellation due to non-responsiveness, all payments made up to that date, including deposits and advances, will be retained by KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. as compensation for administrative and storage costs. Following the cancellation, KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. reserves the right to resell the goods with no further liability to the original client.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to ensure adequate access to the delivery address. If on the delivery date KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. Delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, the receiver will incur a re-delivery charge quoted as per the transportation company to take the furniture back to the Storage warehouse and for redelivery, which must be paid prior to re-delivery.
  • If the receiver fails to agree a revised delivery date within ten (10) days of KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. Delivery request, KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. Retains the right to cancel the receiver's order, retain all amount paid and resell the goods with no further liability.
  • KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. Team will not disassemble, pack or shift furniture existing in the client's premise. Client needs to make arrangements to clear any existing furniture.
  • KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. Will not be responsible for any potential delivery problems including vehicle access to site, narrow stairs and doors, small service lifts, low ceilings or any other barriers. Removal or avoiding of any barriers to make delivery possible is solely under client’s cost and risk.
  • If delivery is not accepted on the agreed delivery date, goods shall be kept in storage free of charge for a period of up to Seven (7) days. If you fail to agree a revised delivery date within ten (10) days of KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. Redelivery request, KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C.Retains the right to cancel your order, retain all monies paid and resell the goods with no further liability.
  • KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C.Do not accept any responsibility for damage to client's property during delivery other than damage due to our negligence and our liability is limited to the repair of that damage.
  • In the absence of negligence, KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. Will not be liable for loss or damage to the goods or your property caused by (i) KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. following your instructions; (ii) limited or no access to the premises; and/or (iii) goods not fitting into your property.
  • For Shipments outside UAE, a packing list, shipping documents will be issued by KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C., Customs Duty, Clearance Charges any VAT (if any) will need to be paid by the receiver upon delivery.

Exchanges and Returns 

  • no cash or credit refunds shall be made once an invoice or deposit receipt is generated.
  • no exchange, refund, or credit note will be accepted on special orders, goods purchased at a discount, accessories, furniture already assembled, upholstered furniture, or any products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Refunds will only be provided for defective goods if repair or replacement options are unavailable. Repair or exchange of the goods is available for production defects only.
  • The client should inform KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. in writing before the signing the delivery note, if any manufacturing defect is found after delivery, KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. will not accept any complaints reported after the mentioned time period.

Cancellations

  • Advance Payments: A deposit of Seventy percent (70%) is required to commence production of custom orders. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Cancellation Requests: Should a customer wish to cancel an order, the request must be made in writing. KENSHO DESIGNS DECOR L.L.C. reserves the right to retain any and all payments made up to the date of the cancellation request.
  • Please note that transport charges, custom fees, and taxes, if any that are incurred at the time of the purchase, are non-refundable.

CARE

This product is sealed and honed/polished. To care for your piece, we suggest using a gentle soap and water. Do not place hot items on the stone surface. Avoid any acidic or highly pigmented food or drink coming into contact with the surface. Clean any spills promptly to avoid the penetration of the stain into the surface.

NOTE : Being a natural stone, each piece varies, might have surface cracks and is unique on its own.
